1. Update Ticketholder Info
You can now change the name that appears on individual tickets within an order. Customers can also perform these updates by clicking on ‘Manage and View order’ from their confirmation email. This detail will be displayed within the mobile check-in App as well.
a. To update the ticketholder name, first view the order in the Stubs dashboard.
b. Info Select the Change Ticket icon.
c. Locate the ticket you want to update and click on Edit.
d. Now you can update the name that will appear on that ticket. The order level name will not change. If you have any custom form questions, those will appear here for updating as well.
2. Event Contact List
You can now export the contact list from a particular event. The export will also include each customer’s communication preferences. Please respect when people have opted out of receiving promotional content – you’ll see these customers have a Promotional Contact preference of None.
a. Under the event select Reports -> View All Reports.
b. Select the report titled Event Contact List.
c. Upon viewing the report, you can print or export this information to Excel.
3. Read Only Event Level Access
You can now share access to specific events without creating new user accounts. Currently this is limited to read only access, which provides visibility to the high-level sales stats that are displayed on your dashboard. There are no reporting features at this time, but stay tuned for further enhancements!
a. You’ll see a new icon on your dashboard called Event Partners.
b. You can add multiple partners and share access to 1 or more events at a time.
c. After adding an event partner, click on View Event Access. A new window will open that shows what your partner will be able to see. Copy the URL on that page and send it to whoever needs access. They will not need an account to view the event
d. To remove Access, click on the gear icon. From here you can Edit which events the partner can access or you can delete their access altogether.
