Search by Company Name
If you utilize the stock form question at checkout that asks for Company, Organization or Sponsor, you will be able to search orders using that field. This option is available on the order lookup screen as well as within the mobile app. Please note that this only applies to the stock question – custom questions are not searchable at this time.
Add to Cart Message
There is a new Ticket Option called Add to Cart Message. This allows you to customize a message that customers will see as a pop-up box when they try to purchase a specific ticket. You can use this to convey important information, such as whether or not this ticket provides entry to an event.
After viewing your message, customers must acknowledge the information before completing their purchase.
