1. Save drafts of your emails.
You can now prepare a promotional email or attendee update and save your progress as a draft prior to sending.
a. After drafting your email, click on Save Draft. You can open the email and edit it at any time.
b. Once your edits are complete, update the scheduled send date and select Send. Your email will be queued to send at the time you selected.
2. Hide revenue on sales notifications.
You can now prepare a promotional email or attendee update and save your progress as a draft prior to sending. When you create sales notifications for all events, you can opt to show or hide the revenue numbers. If you choose to hide the revenue, the report will still show ticket counts sold.
3. Standard users can access additional reports.
Standard users can now access non-financial client reports. This includes the undeliverable order report and attendance by event.
4. Future events are now displayed with ticket links on the events page.
5. There is a new icon for calculating fees.
This will allow you to determine the total ticket cost along with a breakdown of the fees.
6. Additional filters on the attendee list.
This will allow you to quickly filter on attendees based on the ticket type. For example, you could retrieve a list of all attendees who purchased VIP tickets, tables, etc.
a. Under the event’s Reports option, select Attendee List.
b. Then click on the filter icon in the top right corner of the screen.
c. Type in the description field to find specific ticket names.
