Release - March 20th, 2020

1) You can now see how people are responding to your email blasts by viewing who has opened the email, unsubscribed, or responded with a purchase.

Go to Emails at the top of your main Event Dashboard and click on View beside the email you want to review. Then select Read Details to view activities at the recipient level. *This feature will retrieve up to 3,000 email addresses.

 

2) You can now easily resend your promotional emails without recreating them. To resend, view the original email and click on “Resend to Unpurchased.” You will then see that the email has been queued to be resent.

This feature will not resend the email to individuals who have unsubscribed from your mailing list or who have already purchased tickets to one of the events highlighted in your email.

Each email can only be resent one time. This is to reduce unsubscribes and to ensure emails are going to the proper recipients.

3) You now have two locations from which you can email attendees of a particular event. Click on Emails at the top of your main event dashboard. Under Create Email you will select “Attendee Updates”.

You can also continue to access this under Options for the individual event. Both options will send updates to everyone who purchased tickets to that event regardless of whether they have unsubscribed from your promotional email list.

 

 

4) When you create a discount, you can now designate a folder where it will be stored. You will be able to add this for existing discounts as well. This will help you organize your discount codes (reduce clutter) and reduce scrolling time.

 

 

5) Discount redemptions can now be restricted at the event level. Ex. Let’s say you have a discount code that applies to all of your events. However, you don’t want that code to be used more than twice per event. Under the Advanced Options you can set that limit under “Max Event Quantity”. This is especially helpful with discount codes given to Sponsors.

 

6) You can add time windows to designate when you want specific tickets to be scannable. This can be adjusted at the price level.

Go to the ticket setup screen for your event and click on Options for the ticket and price point that you want to customize. Select “Add Scan Start Date” and "Add Scan End Date”. By default all tickets are scannable between the Event on Sale date and the Event End date. This feature will allow you to restrict that timeframe if needed.

 

 

7) There are new event and location defaults. You can now set a default for your attendee age requirement. This can be changed during event creation if necessary. You can also upload a logo so that all emails you send from Stubs will be branded. Both of these options are accessed from the Settings Icon.

 

 

 

Under Locations you will now see the option to include a default capacity number. Edit an existing location to add this information.

 

 

8) When looking up orders, you can now search by the last 4 digits of the credit card number.

 

9) You can now create Presale Codes / Passcodes in bulk. Ex. Your event has 10 ticket types, and you want to do a Presale that applies to all tickets. Go to the ticket page of the event setup and click on Quick Templates. You will select Passcode Templates to create your code. That code will be applied to all tickets without requiring you to create it multiple times.

 

 

Mobile App Updates - Coming Soon!

1) You will be able to select which tickets are scannable on each device. Ex. If you have people managing attendee parking, you can limit their phones (or scanners) to only scan parking related tickets. This could also be useful when you have multiple entrances, such as VIP and General Admission.

After logging into the App, select your event and click on the Settings icon. Then you can toggle on/off the tickets you wish to scan on that device.

3) You will be able to view seated venues and sell assigned seats from the mobile app.
