When you add users to your Stubs account, you can customize the level of access they require. You can also make changes to existing users. There are two user roles: Administrator and Standard.
Administrators have full access to everything within your client account, including financial information. There are a few features that only Administrators can access:
1. Only Administrators can create additional Administrator users or grant current users Administrative Access.
2. Only Administrators can access the Manage Account icon, which is a Donor Management feature.
3. Only Administrators can access the Organizer Settings icon. This contains information regarding your organization’s contact information, donation preferences, and default event settings.
Standard user permissions are highly customizable. For any users that don’t require Administrator level access, they will be categorized as Standard users. If no additional permissions are selected, a Standard user will only have access to sell tickets and scan/check in tickets. This is the lowest level of access available. You can layer on additional permissions as needed. You can also make changes to existing users. There are two user roles: Administrator and Standard.
In addition to selecting the tools or features that a user can access, you can also limit their dashboard to specific events. This could be helpful for collaborative events across organizations or instances when a venue leases space to a third party. When a user’s access is limited to specific events, they will not have visibility to anything else within your account. You can also make changes to existing users. There are two user roles: Administrator and Standard.
You will find these settings by clicking on the Manage Users icon on your event dashboard. Since these customization options only apply to Standard users, you will only see the list of choices when you add a new Standard user or edit an existing Standard user. Simply toggle features On/Off and save your changes. The updates are effective immediately. You can also make changes to existing users. There are two user roles: Administrator and Standard.
