You might be asking yourself, how can I use this feature to drive sales?
- The easiest way is for an Influencer to share their unique purchase link on social media. When event attendees purchase from these links, we keep track of it on your dashboard. (See Sales Tracking & Reporting).
- If your Campaign is public, Influencers will also have an individual dashboard link which can be shared. This dashboard view will highlight that person or team’s progress as it relates to others in the campaign.
Helpful InfoNote: The Contribute button will direct customers to the same page as the purchase link, thereby allowing them to make purchases that are credited to that specific Influencer.
Note: Customer data is listed here so Influencers can see who has purchased tickets from them and/or given donations. Customers can decide at time of checkout whether they want their purchase information to be shared or not. If they opt-out, those transactions will be recorded on the Influencer Dashboard as Anonymous.
Tip: As an event organizer, you also have the ability to select an Influencer when processing orders through the Box Office. This feature works with both cash and credit card purchases.
Advanced Features: Pick Winner
If you are using Influencers to generate ticket sales, you might consider doing something to reward the customers that are supporting them. Stubs.net can randomly select a customer that supported one of your Influencers in a given period of time.
- From your Event Dashboard, select the Influencer Campaign icon.
- Select Pick and enter the time frame you wish to draw from. All purchases that were associated with an Influencer during that time frame will be included in the drawing.
- Click on Pick Winner, and one customer will be randomly selected. Again, only customers that purchased through an Influencer will be included in the drawing.
